Job description
As Restaurant Manager, you will be passionate about food and have sound knowledge of wines with a proven record in F&B Operations.

As Restaurant Manager you will have a hands-on approach and lead the team by example, focusing on the highest levels of service & standards, whilst training and developing your team to do the same. You will have previous experience within a similar sized environment with the ability to manage a 60-cover restaurant.

The Restaurant has recently been awarded its 3^rd Rosette. It prides itself on serving ethically sourced produces, delivering an intuitive service and an unforgettable dining experience where customers can enjoy the finest food, drink and service that Cornwall has to offer

Required Skills
Overall day to day running of the restaurant.
Experience within a similar fine dining environment at 2 Rosette or above.
The highest attention to detail, leading & motivating your team to deliver exceptional standards & results meeting the hotels objectives at all times.
Excellent Organizational Skills.
Delivering a 5* experience to all guests.
A strong motivator and team leader.
Good knowledge of quality food & wine
