The group has a great mix of community and destination led pubs and inns across the UK, all with fantastic character and potential, looking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic, and driven Head Chef for their popular site based in the Wiltshire area.

Job description
A great opportunity has arisen for a Head chef to join an extremely well-established family run pub company.
As Head you will need to be forward thinking and adaptable in fast paced environment, working alongside an experienced general manager with a passion to produce high quality British pub food.
As Head chef it will be your duty to minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking with a real hands-on approach.
As Head Chef, you will need to want to continue to develop your skills within the kitchen whilst recruiting your own team, helping to lead, coach & inspire them to deliver great food and create memorable experiences.
As Head chef you will need to be able to offer your skill-set and experience to elevate standards and efficiency.
This role would suit someone from a high-volume gastro/Premium branded pub/restaurant background. This property is based in a stunning location which is loved by the locals whilst attracting a large influx of guests in the summer months.
Requirements
Good experience leading a pub/restaurant kitchen.
Knowledge of Allergens & H&S practices.
A good knowledge of ordering and controlling stock.
Strong lines of communication with the kitchen team as well as with the management structure.
Reliable and passionate.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions.
