Training Manager Needed for a Hospitality Company In Central London Up To £45,000 +Benefitts, Mon - Fri

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Training Manager to join a hospitality retail establishment in the heart of Central London. The client is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere and are looking for an experienced HR Training Manager who can deliver on the upkeep on all aspects of training, inductions and creating training strategies so you can help support the hospitality outlets from start to finish. Due to the demand to servicing their discerning clients, they are looking for a like-minded HR Training Manager who has worked in a similar hospitality company with experience in all aspects of HR training to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintains and enhances the hospitality outlets people planning, implementing, and evaluating employee training strategies, creating the company's right behaviours and practices alongside identifying gaps in the market to enhance the people experience.

Job Duties:

  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Experience in providing HR coaching initiatives
  • Help support the senior management team to discuss people challenges
  • Providing guidance on people practices such as succession planning
  • Design and deliver MIT training programs & sign offs, train the trainer programs, managing online and classroom training and apprenticeship programs
  • Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the senior team to deliver its strategy across the hospitality outlets
  • Designing and delivering training courses at all levels
  • Influencing and building relationships with the employees
  • Putting systems and tools in place to allow the line mangers to conduct their own training
  • Involved in people projects from time to time
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs along with the senior management team within the outlets.
  • Manage the relevant training processes to ensure an up-to-date training calendar is in operation with the appropriate administrative resources to support its delivery
  • Able to set up the full 360 training circle from scratch if need be
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced in a similar establishment at HR training level within hospitality
  • Training and used to dealing with all levels from entry to board
  • MUST be able to deliver training plans and a proven track record to deliver great training material
  • Must have strong understanding about HR training and working within a small team
  • Be able to work in a high demanding environment
  • Used to help supporting teams to enhance performance through various training plans
  • Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making and change
  • Be able to promote communication and processes
  • Be able to confidently deliver classroom and online training for all levels
  • Be able to come up with creative solutions
  • Used to dealing with driving and implementing succession planning
  • Confidence and ability to develop and deliver own material for both team and management training and development
  • Have at least 3-4 years experience in HR training
  • Experience in driving engagement plans
  • Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
  • Have an upbeat and bubbly personality

The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving the HR training department and a proven track record within a hospitality environment.
