My client requires an experienced Restaurant Manager for a well-known Hotel in the popular tourist destination of Stratford Upon Avon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading & motivating the restaurant team and drive the highest levels of customer service in this Award-winning venue.

The Essential Skills:
* Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Hotel or quality Independent restaurant establishment is essential; however, would consider an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor with a proven background who is looking for their first Managerial role
* Be an excellent motivator with strong leadership skills
* Able to deal with peak time demands and high-volume serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea, especially on the terrace in the summer months.
* Proven ability to oversee the operation, including being hands on with order taking, rotas, recruitment & training.
* Able to help plan any events, functions or celebrations as well as have strong ideas to promote the business.
* Able to welcome guests and ensure that they are always satisfied
