Front Office Manager - Buckinghamshire / Home Counties - to £35K.
Our client is a small hotel chain operating several stunning hotels across the South East, currently looking for a Front Office Manager for their renowned 60bed 4* deluxe hotel in Buckinghamshire.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager who can lead your team of 5 to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure.* You will be managing the daily operation and coordination of front office operations, setting up FO procedures to ensure a smooth shift every time, able to manage front office requests for various room types without disappointing the guest and processing all bookings via central reservations paying attention to detail.
* You will need to have experience of managing and analysing guest satisfaction levels.
* Setting of departmental objectives, policies and targets and rotas
* Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
* Communicating with senior Management regarding employee and customer service issues
The Essential Skills:
* Previous experience as Front Office Manager managing a Reception & Nights team at Reception or Front Office Manager level.* Must be from a 4* hotel reception environment and able to work early and late shifts, working 5 days out of 7 - 40hrs/week.
* Be self-driven, able to work well within a team and be willing to be 'hands-on' at all times.
* Knowledge of reception systems, ideally an Opera based system will be an advantage.
