Salary: Attractive salary of £43,000 per year

This is a modern, relaxed Leisure & Spa Retreat hotel located in the stunning Leicestershire countryside with around 100 bedrooms, several Restaurants and Bars are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Of House Manager who is all about the guest experience during the guests stay, responsible for Reception, Nights & Housekeeping departments.

We need an experienced Front of House Manager who can manage the everyday issues that can be faced within front of house and so you need to be very organised and have a good eye for detail within a 4-star hotel.

What's it all about?

* As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Front of house operation
* This is a very hands-on role within the hotel & needs a Front of House Manager who has previous experience of managing Reception, Nights & Housekeeping.
* Must be a good all-rounder to cover all areas of Front of house operations as required and needs someone to come in and support the team through mentoring, developing and coaching.
* Take responsibility for Health and Safety within the front of house areas and enforce all health & safety/fire regulations, attending any training as required.

The Essential Skills:
Personal qualities required are:

* A stable career within a luxury 4 star hotel or Spa retreat as a Front of House or Front Office Manager.
* Has strong reception, Nights and Housekeeping knowledge with a good background within a similar 100-bedroom hotel.
* Good Knowledge of running front of House and keep a cool head when it gets busy during the peak times.
