Role: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Locations: Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to £33,000 per year (Employee accommodation is available in local area )
Looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure within our Restaurant of a luxury 4-star hotel.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-motivated leader with a passion for guest satisfaction and previous experience in a high quality fast paced restaurant establishment.
This role is an exciting and varied position covering all areas of the Restaurant and F&B outlets where no two days will be the same. This is a great opportunity for you to progress your career as your first step into F&B Management and grow and develop into more management opportunities.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience of supporting your team within a busy Restaurant, Bar or F&B hotel operation and enjoys being hands on.
* Possess excellent customer service skills & has a very good attention to detail.
* Must enjoy working as part of team and sometimes on your own and use your initiative.
* Must be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills both face to face, on the telephone & via email
