This stunning Boutique hotel set in acres of its own grounds is now looking for a highly engaging, focused and energetic Restaurant manager
Essential Skills:
proven background as either Restaurant manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within 3 rosette minimum
strong people leadership skills
warm and personable with a love for the guest experience
Role:
you will be required to drive standards in this 40 cover fine dining restaurant offering Breakfast, Lunch and evening service 5 days a week
you will be passionate about leading your team, taking ownership of your department and staff to ensure they are kept inspired, engaged and looked after
comfortable leading from the front you will need to be a Hands on Restaurant Manager with a Strong knowledge of managing your departmental costs
