LOCATION: Warwickshire
SALARY: £28,000 per year plus exceptional employee benefits including:

My client, a stunning independent four-star Leisure, Spa and Golf in the Warwickshire area requires a Hotel Assistant Manager or Duty Manager to be a very hands on individual & who wishes to be involved in every aspect of a hotel operation.
As Assistant Manager/ Duty Manager , you will be responsible for supporting all the departments with the daily running of the hotel.
You will be part of a team to provide the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring the highest quality of product is constantly delivered too.
This position will suit a Hospitality Graduate or F&B Supervisor or Team leader who is ready to make their first step into hotel management.
Full training in all departments will be given and you will have the opportunity to progress your career within the hotel operation.
The Essential Skills:
* We would like you to have the ability to supervise the breakfast operation as well as meet and greet conference guests.
* Be a point of contact for guests and residents and ensure all queries are dealt with effectively and quickly
* Be able to assist every department with the daily running of the operation in front of house and back of house.
* Have a desire and passion to learn all about the hotel operations and want to develop and progress your career into whichever avenue you desire but have the foundation and training to do this !
