- Description
Head Chef:
- Supporting a receptive team of 8 as Head Chef you will be responsible for the development of the food offering from the main kitchen whilst supporting the across the business. Creating exceptional dishes that are fitting of the large events, using exceptional ingredients.
- Cost conscious, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted GP's along with all matters of food and health safety.

The Essential Skills of Head Chef:
- Would suit an existing head chef or senior sous with experience of delivering large numbers on a regular basis.
- Rosette experience would be highly advantageous.
- A leader whom can enthuse and build a strong team and take them on a journey of development.
- Excellent personal skills are required to communicate across the business at all levels.
Head Chef Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
