ROLE: Group Finance Manager
LOCATION: Based at Head Office in South Birmingham, with monthly travel to sister hotel in Reading.
SALARY: Circa £45,000 per year, plus Company Car with paid expenses between hotels and Bonus
As part of the Senior Hotel Management Team, the Group Finance Manager will oversee all financial reporting and financial management of each of the hotels P&L accounts, hotel payroll, annual audits & the control of all financial processes within the operation of 2 hotels located in Reading and South Birmingham.
This is hands on role with an additional support in the Accounts team of each hotel to complete the accounts function.
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Finance Manager or Financial Controller from a Hotel Background with proven ability of self accounting within a single hotel or a cluster of hotels, ready to take the next step into a multi site role in a new challenge.The Group Finance Manager or Group Financial Controller needs to be able to work on self-initiative, proven experience of self accounting and Knowledge of Opera and Sales & catering will be an advantage, as well as Sage Line 50 & Microsoft Excel.
