Reception Manager - Small Boutique Hotel -£30k
The package on offer for the Reception Manager:
* A competitive salary around £30,000 per year depending upon your experience
* Working 5-day week (40 hours), including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays
* 2 days off per week

Duties and Responsibilities of the Reception Manager:
* You will be managing the daily operation of the front desk, ensuring the smooth running of shifts with a small team in this boutique, Independent 20-bedroom hotel located in the idyllic Worcestershire countryside. .
* Management and analysis of guest satisfaction levels
* Maximising room occupancy, recognising guests needs to promote hotel services and in house facilities such as Upselling Bedroom & Restaurant bookings
* Provide all other departments with accurate information regarding the business levels daily.
* Recruit, manage, train and develop the Front Office team.
* Communicating with Management regarding employee and customer service issues
