The hotel is one of the finest family-owned luxury hotels in Worcestershire and is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operation of a smart, casual dining Brasserie & bar, fine dining restaurant and a small function room for around 40 people.
With a dedicated fully recruited team of 15 at peak season, this role will include supporting the F&B Manager in the daily operation of this 50-seat restaurant. This will include managing rotas, training and development of the restaurant team, to ensure your team have excellent product knowledge and deliver exceptional service.
