Contract Catering - Education
JWR is currently working with one of the fastest growing education catering companies in the UK, looking to recruit and Experienced Chef Manager for their client's school based in the Wycombe area.Package
Salary Up to £37,500 + Bonus.
Hours - Term time only, 7am-4pm.
45 hours per week / 42 weeks of the year.
Straight shifts, no evenings or weekends.

Great opportunity for an experienced Chef / Catering Manager to join a forward-thinking contract caterer within the education sector, looking to provide their client's schools with a better quality food offer.
As Chef Manager, you will need to be hands-on and work with your team to provide fresh, healthy & well-balanced meals for the students at the school.
As Chef Manager, you will have strong management and development skills and the ability to build, develop and coach your team, whilst engaging with the students to explore different cuisines.Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS check, paid for by employer.
A trade test will be required for this role.Required Skills
Head Chef or Catering Manager from a quality, fresh food background.
Independent school experience preferred, but not essential.
Good knowledge of Allergens and healthy balanced food offerings.
Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Run the kitchen to the highest standards at all times.
Maintain GP% & minimise wastage through proper stock control and menu development.
Manage all Kitchen H&S Systems and procedures.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to consistently deliver on quality and client's requirements.
Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions.
Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual.
