EXPANDING BRAND
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Group Head Chef to join an upmarket restaurant company in the West End. The restaurant offers locally sourced fresh food with regular menu changes. The client and is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere. They are looking for an experienced Group Head Chef who can deliver the highest levels of quality food to their refined customers. They are looking for like-minded individuals who have worked in similar restaurants/hotels and have managed multiple restaurants & events with experience at Group Head Chef level to join their team on a permanent basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for cooking with fresh food
- A leader not a boss
- Experience in managing multiple units/restaurants
- A creative flair
- Managing a large team of over 40+
- Used to working in a high volume fast paced environment
- Likes to train and develop others
- Involved in menu creations & costings
- Experience in Spanish food or speaking is essential
- Understands the subtle ways that different flavours work
- MUST have experience in high volume quality restaurants or hotels at Group/Exec Head Chef level
- Likes to be hands on and lead the team from the front
- Must have events experience & setting up procedures from scratch
- Experience with GP, costing, wastage management, ordering, stock etc..
- Strong health & safety knowledge
- A stable work history
