ROLE: Hotel Reception Manager - 4-star Country House Hotel
SALARY: £ 30,000 per year plus superb benefits including:

LOCATION: Leicestershire
This is a luxury 4-star hotel with stunning features and unique outdoor entertainment is recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Reception Manager who can lead a small team to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure.
* You will be managing the daily operation with a team, ensuring the smooth running of shifts. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over 5 days to include a mixture of early shifts from 7.30am - 3pm and late shifts from 3pm - 11pm. This will include weekends on a rota basis - something you will be responsible for.
* Management and analysis of guest satisfaction levels
* Present a welcoming impression to our guests by all reception staff both on the telephone and in person.
* Maximise room occupancy, recognising guests needs to promote hotel services and in-house facilities.
* Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
* Communicating with Management regarding employee and customer service issues

Personal qualities required are:
* Previous experience of managing a reception team of 5 at Manager or Supervisor level
* Ideally from a hotel environment and able to work early and late shifts are essential.
* The ability to supervise and lead a team within a fast-paced environment.
* Be self-driven, able to work within a team and be willing to be always 'hands-on'
* Have excellent personal presentation.
* Be an excellent team player whilst having first class attention to detail
