Leisure Club and Spa Manager - 4* Hotel and Golf Club - South Oxfordshire - To £35k

I am currently recruiting for a hands on Leisure Club and Spa Manager or Assistant Leisure Manager looking to step up for a 4* 70bed hotel in Oxfordshire to oversee their leisure club, increase membership through sales and also the overall management of the 3 room spa operation.

The successful applicant will have 1-3yrs experience as Leisure Club Manager, Assistant Leisure Club Manager, Head Therapist, Senior Spa Therapist or Spa & Leisure Manager and will oversee a team of 5 leisure and beauty, spa therapists and staff, reporting to the GM
The ideal Leisure Manager will be hands on and sales focused and help with the management of the spa, be able to upsell product lines, have the ability to drive new business and business relationships with suppliers and clients.
