- A basic salary of IRO £62'000

The employer looking to a appoint a Group MICE Director of Sales
- A deluxe hotel group with a properties across the UK in prime city locations. Each hotel is individually designed with a core of company culture running throughout.
Group MICE Director of Sales responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a team of four within proactive MICE sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the MICE segment that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Identify and target key clients and markets to generate leads and new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage and motivate the MICE sales team, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and manage the MICE sales budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, and reporting on sales performance to senior management.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Group MICE Director of Sales requirements:
- Proven track record of success in MICE sales management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and the hospitality industry, with a specific focus on the MICE segment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.
