Role: Group Sales Office Manager
Location: Solihull
Salary: £40-45k negotiable for the right person
I am delighted to be working with a Small Hotel Portfolio in the Solihull area that is currently recruiting for experienced Group Sales Office Manager to be part of a friendly and welcoming Sales team.
This role is based on site in one venue and would suit an experienced Meeting & Events Sales or Sales Office Manager Manager who is looking to develop their career, managing 3 venues.
We are looking for a sales leader, who can drive Meeting and Events Sales and additional spend within Food and Beverage in all 3 venues.
You will have a team of 7 sales executives who need a strong leader to support, guide and develop them with the daily tasks required. The team are well established and will see you as mentor and guide.
What we are looking for:
* You must already be an established Sales Office Manager currently working in a busy conference venue or 4 star conference biased hotel ideally from a branded 4-star hotel background but not essential.
* You must have a hotel sales focused background in both reactive and proactive sales.
* Experience of managing a team of 7 and happy to work with them to deliver expectations and support them in their growth in their career.
* Used to focusing on increasing and driving sales in a Conference and Food and Beverage areas.
