Food and Beverage Director for a multi outlet operation - Surrey
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Director to join our multi-outlet operation.
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets and developing strategies to maximise profitability and enhance customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a food and beverage multi outlet operations to include Hotels and multiple restaurant styles.
You must have strong leadership and organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
You will be in charge of developing and managing all food and beverage operations, including menu design and pricing, staffing, training, and budgeting.
You will also ensure that all outlets adhere to all health and safety regulations and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
