Salary: between £32-£40,000 depending upon experience

This is a modern, relaxed Leisure & Spa Retreat hotel located in the stunning Leicestershire countryside with around 100 bedrooms is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Of House Manager who is all about the guest experience during the guests stay, and be responsible for Reception, Nights & Housekeeping departments.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Of House Manager who can lead your team to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure.
You will be managing the daily operation and coordination of front of house operations which includes Reception, Night team and Housekeeping ensuring the smooth running of shifts and delivery of Brand Standards.- Management and analysis of guest satisfaction levels
- Maximise room occupancy, recognising guests needs to promote hotel services and in-house facilities.
- Setting of departmental objectives, policies and targets and rotas.
- Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
- Communicating with Management regarding employee and customer service issues
Personal qualities required are:- Previous experience of managing a reception, nights and housekeeping teams at Manager level within a recognised branded hotel company.
- Must be from a hotel environment and able to work early and late shifts, working 5 days out of 7.
- The ability to supervise and lead a team within a fast-paced environment.
- Be self-driven, able to work within a team and be willing to be 'hands-on' at all times.
- Be an excellent team player whilst having first class attention to detail.
