KITCHEN MANAGER - DOVER
We are seeking a talented, experienced Kitchen Manager for an exciting opportunity in a Café style business located in Dover.
We serve a delicious blend of deli and hot food options to our customers. As our Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
As well as ensuring all food safety, kitchen safety and sanitation standards are met, you will be in charge of overseeing the running of kitchen staff, creating and training new members of staff and ensuring the quality of our food output is of high standards.
You will have experiences as a Kitchen Manager; you will need to be comfortable managing and delegating kitchen responsibilities and the ability to motivate and effectively manage various teams. You should have excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a passion for food that motivates you to produce high-quality dishes for our guests.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus scheme to the successful candidate.
