We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager for a popular venue based in Saffron Walden, Essex.
As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for all customer service activities at the venue.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team, working in a fantastic environment. In return, you will be offered a highly competitive salary of up to £36,000 per year, working 40 hours per week, with a really good work life balance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day customer service operations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction in all dealings
- Answering customer queries in line with company policy
- Overseeing and managing staff
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Resolving customer complaints
- Implementing strategies to improve customer service
Developing positive relationships with customers To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1-2 years of customer service management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Experience managing large teams is also necessary.
