ROLE : Sales Manager
LOCATION : Hybrid role with regular travel to the Cotswolds and Staffordshire.
SALARY: £35,000 per year plus:

This successful small hotel group with superb hotels in great locations are looking for a "hands on' and pro-active Sales Manager responsible for delivering the commercial goal of the business and proactively source new leads for direct corporate business and develop all business opportunities through focused research and defining key industry types within the UK with a main focus on local area and London.

The role:

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with our clients, generate new business focusing on the MICE sales and maintain existing account revenues.
Through successful networking, client meetings entertaining, exhibitions, presentations, trade shows & open days, you will be responsible for driving sales within the resort properties, ensuring all revenue targets are achieved, and exceeded.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen on being in a highly visible role, with the hunger to continually increase business and really make their mark as part of this exciting journey.

The ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with a track record of sales achievement in the Hotel industry.
To be successful, you should have a thorough understanding of the channels to market to create revenue opportunities. In addition, you will be well networked and aware of local, national and global trends in the industry.
You will have a high degree of commercial awareness and be able to understand the links between sales and profit. You will also have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial way of working to attract new clients.
This role is a full-time position, ideally you will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
