- Description
Our Corporate Client based in Central London is seeking an experienced Contract Catering Hospitality Head Chef to join the firm Culinary team. This is a full-time role, working from 7:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be supporting the Executive Chef and will also be responsible for ensuring that the daily catering production is prepared in accordance with the Client's catering specifications. This includes planning and overseeing the daily production of food items as well as planning creative and modern menus when requested for Associates private dining events or small canapes receptions. If you like a great work life balance, but you still like for your creativity to shine through, this is the role for you!
You must have experience in managing the kitchen production including ordering, receiving, organising and controlling the catering operation. This includes organising and ensuring that all food production is completed to a timely manner and within budget and yet tasting really good!
The successful candidate must possess excellent culinary skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
