Food and Beverage services manager - Croydon area
Our Client, a stunning Busy 4 star hotel are now looking to further strengthen their team with the appointment of a strong and passionate food and beverage services manager
The Role:
Reporting to the site operations manager you will be responsible for the following key areas:
Managing a team of 40 staff across three outlets within the property to include a restaurant, a relaxed dining environment and banqueting
Developing the restaurant offering 130 cover presently operating as buffet style breakfast, conference lunches and a la carte evening service, a busy relaxed dining environment and extensive lounge area
development of your team ensuring that all service level procedures are met and exceeded
Able to drive business through your extensive knowledge and experience of a similar sized environmentThe Person:
Experienced Food and Beverage services manager or restaurant and bars manager within the 4 star market with F&B revenue in excess of £1.5m
Strong UK based 4 star experiences essential
An excellent communicator
