ROLE: Assistant Restaurant Manager - Award Winning Restaurant
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: Circa £35,000 per year plus Tips, Service Charge and additional employee benefits.
An outstanding, award-winning restaurant is recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a beautiful area of Birmingham. This lovely restaurant is elegantly designed and offers a multiple AA Rosette, fine dining which serves a superb gastronomic Menu.
You do not need to have Rosette or Michelin experience for this role, just a passion and desire to learn and would like to step up & train in your career!
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a proven ability to support in service, including being hands on with order taking, rotas, recruitment & training.
* Has impeccable service standards with a strong emphasis on attention to detail from working in a fine dining or Gastropub establishment is essential; however, would consider a very strong Restaurant Supervisor with a proven background looking for their first Managerial role.
* Have good knowledge of food and wine and a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge even further.
* Be personable, warm and engaging, ensuring every interaction exceeds guest expectations.
* Possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop key relationships with all our guests.
