Maintenance Manager

Role: Maintenance Manager- Branded Hotel
Location: Doncaster
Salary: Around £36,000, -£38,000 per year plus In-house rewards and recognition programme.

I am delighted to be working with a modern, 4-star hotel, with a franchise from a well-known and
recognised brand, situated in a city centre location. recruiting for an experienced Maintenance
Manager.

What is the role:
As Maintenance Manager, you will take control, accountability, and ownership for the general day-to-day maintenance of a medium sized hotel operation, as well as statutory compliance. You will also make recommendations for larger scale project work, but you may also take on some smaller projects in house.

Who are we looking for:

* You must possess a practical working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, health & safety and fire regulations within a hotel or similar environment.
* Possess a steady career in the UK as a Hotel Maintenance Manager & have experience in a similar role.
* Must possess electrical and/or Industry certifications/qualifications.
* Must have good admin skills including a strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Risk Assessment record keeping.
* Must be commercially aware, understanding the importance of working within costs & departmental budgets.
* Must be able to work 40 hours a week - 5 out of 7 Mainly Monday to Friday including the occasional paid call-outs.
* Proven standards of IT skills and good standards of numeracy & literacy
* Must be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills.
* Must be highly organised and be a very hands-on person & well versed in working in a team.
