ROLE: Service Delivery Manager
LOCATION: Worcester
SALARY: Circa £30,000 per year
Our client is a busy Travel Management Company, who are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to assist them in ensuring their service is all it can be, in terms of quality, speed and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be from a hotel or travel background with proven experience of motivating and managing a growing team of hotel & travel consultants, liaising internally between the sales team and operations to ensure each clients Service Level Agreement (SLA) is delivered.
We have identified that there is a gap in the business and we need a target driven sales orientated individual who can manage and motivate an operations team whilst having the ability to liaise with key contracted clients.
This role is varied and challenging - every day is very busy - and will encompass managing the sales conversion of all enquiries, providing the hotel and travel consultants with support to achieve their targets and KPI's.
