Looking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their multi award winning restaurant based near a popular city in Devon, a stunning, extremely well renowned hotel.

Job Description
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of a premium, multiple award-winning restaurant.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
You will have a genuine passion for top quality food and wine while being passionate about providing a first-class service to hotel guests and customers.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of servers, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to provide an excellent and efficient service.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be able to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be supporting the Restaurant Manager to ensure the restaurant is well maintained to a high standard and ensuring the compliance with all health and safety regulations.
You will have a solid understanding of current food trends as well as an understanding of the local offering in terms of food and drink.
Skills Required
Previous experience in a management/supervisory role in a fresh food, fine dining establishment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A real hands-on approach with the ability to motivate the restaurant team.
A solid understanding of restaurant operations.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
A genuine passion for high quality food and drink.
Great team leader who can really communicate well amongst the team.
Strong attention to detail and able resolve any problems efficiently.
Great relationship builder with teams and customers alike.
