ROLE: Head Bartender - Cocktail Bar 4-star Retreat
LOCATION: Loughborough
SALARY: Between £13.00- £15.00 per hour, working 39 hour week plus every hour worked over will be paid- With free meals on duty, there's no need to buy or prepare meals for work.

A luxury Spa hotel with a reputation second to none in the heart of Leicestershire is looking for an experienced Head Bar Tender who can manage and supervise staff with the daily running of the Cocktail bar within this very popular leisure destination, serving great quality food and drink in a relaxed and friendly environment.
* This is a great opportunity for you to work straight shifts, on a rota basis between 3pm and midnight, 5 days out of 7, 39 hours a week plus paid overtime for every hour worked.
Requirements of the role:
* An experienced Bar Tender is needed with a unique creative flair, spark and sophistication to be able to work with the growing bar team as we look to offer an increased range of drinks.
* You will be responsible for welcoming guests with a genuine smile, skilfully crafting cocktails, and delivering impeccable service, all while ensuring a relaxing atmosphere where our guests can wind down after a day in the Spa!
* Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining the bar's cleanliness and managing beverage stock levels with precision.
Person Specification
* Our ideal candidate will be confident with lots of motivation and possess the foresight to anticipate and surpass guest expectations.
* Have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to expertly concoct cocktails upon request. Ideally with seasonal cocktail drinks knowledge
* Excellent interaction skills with guests and staff
