ROLE: Hospitality Manager - Golf Club
LOCATION: Worcester
SALARY - £35,000 per year
My client is a modern and contemporary Golf Club, set in 300 acres of stunning Worcestershire countryside, looking for an experienced and talented Hospitality Manager ideally from a high-quality, Golf resort or hotel with golf background.
This is unique role, as the Hospitality Manager, will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of accommodation, Food and Beverage outlets, budgets and payroll within the golf club.
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager from a Hotel, Hospitality or Golf venue, who understand the different dynamics of working in such a busy and high-volume environment.
With over 500 golf members, we need an individual who can support the team to cater for the needs of golfers throughout the day, play a key role in their continued development, working closely with the senior teams to develop a clear strategy for the F&B, keeping in mind the guest experience, the Club's image and traditions are being upheld whilst managing your costs, providing food and drink in the members bar as well as welcoming residents & public to the Country club.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an already experienced Food and Beverage manager , Hospitality Manager or Operations Manager from a strong Hotel or Golf Club management background, to be a part of this incredible operation that is working hard to maintain their position as an independent market leader in the area.
