ROLE: Assistant F&B Manager
LOCATION: Penrith, Cumbria
SALARY: £13.00 per hour based on 40-hour week with every hour worked over paid
Temporary relocation support will be given.
This established award winning charming 4 star country house hotel situated in the Lake District, with a fine dining restaurant and holds a variety of conferences, weddings & social events throughout the year is looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join the team.
We need an Assistant F&B Manager who :
* Has a stable and credible career within Food & beverage Operations within a Hotel.
* Must have strong leadership skills & the ability to develop a small team and have some responsibility of the restaurant and Conference operation including some administration work.
* Is flexible in dealing with work demands & changing priorities.
* Has the desire to progress your career into a F&B Manager in the future.
* Lives locally within the Lake District region or can relocate to the area quickly with short term accommodation available.
* Possess a positive can-do attitude and be passionate about the hospitality industry.
