- Description
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead a skilled team of 12 in a popular Italian fresh food restaurant in Central London.
This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of £55,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have fantastic leadership and mentoring skills, and a strong knowledge of Health and Safety, plus a genuine thrive in delivering outstanding and consistent food.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the supervision of kitchen staff, development of menus, and quality assurance of dishes. You will promote a quality-driven approach and exhibit strong leadership skills to motivate the team to consistently deliver high-quality dishes.
