Master Bar Tender

ROLE: Master Bartender - Cocktail Bar 4-star Spa Retreat
LOCATION: Loughborough
SALARY: Circa £25-30,000 per year, 39 hours a week plus paid overtime, straight shifts between 3pm and midnight on a rota basis.

A luxury Spa hotel with a reputation second to none in the heart of Leicestershire is looking for an experienced Master Bar Tender who can manage and supervise staff with the daily running of a brand-new cocktail bar and lounge to add to our vast array of world-class spa, dining and relaxation facilities.

We expect our Master Bar Tender to deliver a warm welcome as your guests choose from an extensive drinks' menu, which includes much-loved classics and signature cocktails- inspired by seasonal themes and using local ingredients, shaken and stirred with the love. Also on the menu are gin balloons, presented in large round bowls to capture the aromas and flavours of gin; quality wines and non-alcoholic options. Cheers!

We are looking for:
* An experienced Lead Bar tender is needed with a unique creative flair, spark and sophistication
* You will be responsible for welcoming guests with a genuine smile, skilfully crafting cocktails, and delivering impeccable service, all while ensuring a relaxing atmosphere where our guests can wind down after a day in the Spa!
* Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining the bar's cleanliness and managing beverage stock levels with precision.
* Our ideal candidate will be confident with lots of motivation and possess the foresight to anticipate and surpass guest expectations.
* Have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to expertly concoct cocktails upon request. Ideally with seasonal cocktail drinks knowledge
* Excellent interaction skills with guests and staff
