A modern 4-star luxury hotel, nestled within the beautiful estate in the Northampton countryside is looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager who can proactively manage the 100 + seat Restaurant and large team.
You will be responsible for the food operation for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant which also offers drinks and light snacks in a relaxed environment.
Ideally looking for someone who has spent a few years developing their career within a 4-star leisure Independent hotel with over 100 covers, servicing a high consumer footfall and is looking for the next step in their career.
We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, train and develop the team with a focus on the soft skills as well as being driven to develop and increase the restaurant business and not be afraid to try new ideas.
You will need to be flexible and dynamic in your approach, able to pay close attention and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.
