As General Manager you will be responsible for the management team in leading the business to deliver exceptional levels of service.As General Manager you will be a strong team builder and turn this already busy restaurant into an even busier one.
Award winning Casual Dining Restaurant Brand, championing relaxed all-day dining and serving authentic Middle Eastern dishes made from great quality fresh ingredients.
Previous experience within a branded casual dining environment with sales of at least £25kp/w essential
Required Skills
Experienced General Manager from similar size and style operation.
Recruit, train & develop the best people, continually coaching, guiding, and mentoring them to get the best from your team and deliver the best results.
Consistently delivering excellent customer service and always maintaining the highest possible standards.
Positive motivator with a passion for good food & drink.
Full responsibility for the results achieved within the business, controlling all aspects of finance, regularly reviewing your P&L with your team and the operations team, agreeing on future targets & improvements.
Maximise and drive all sales opportunities including delivery.
Comprehensive knowledge of all departments within the business including bar, restaurant, food service, kitchen & office.
Confident & Self-motivated.
