- Description
We are looking for a Learning & Development Officer to support the Staff training and on-boarding of a collection of 3 small Hotels in Central London.
With a strong support from the Corporate Team, the Learning and Development Officer will provide a quality on-boarding to the new starters and deliver the Company trainings to the Team ensuring that all members of Staff are fully engaged in the company vision and culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across 3 very successful properties with a low staff turnover, and offers many chance to progress within the group.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 + a range of excellent company benefits.
