I am delighted to be working with a unique hotel, located nr Winchester, Hampshire close to Southampton and Basingstoke, recruiting for an experienced & passionate Spa and Leisure Manager

A modern, relaxed hotel with 160+bedrooms, and Spa and leisure operation where the team take pride in delivering a variety of therapy and relaxation spaces to enthral and stimulate the senses in the most luxurious surroundings.
As Spa and Leisure Manager, you will be part of a luxury group who have recently revamped and refurbished the Spa, to manage a team of therapists & leisure staff as well as the management of the busy treatment room spa operation.
My client requires a Spa and Leisure Manager with strong management experience who can work with the team of 8 across mainly spa staff and 2 leisure staff to deliver treatments as required as well as focus on the daily running of the Spa.Spa Days and Spa Weekends are also popular and need someone who can drive the business forward as it has a huge potential for more and needs someone to give it the passion and enthusiasm it deserves.
The Essential Skills
* You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a skilled retinue of staff within a 4* property with mainly Spa and some leisure with a recognised pool plant qualification.
property* Must be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills both face to face, on the telephone & via email
* Ability to motivate & develop staff members and to work as a team
* Must be commercially aware, understanding the importance of working within costs & departmental budgets
* Must be self-driven,passionate and willing to be 'hands-on' when required
* The role will be 5 days out of 7, including some weekend work
