Job Description
As Director of F&B, reporting to the Resort Director, you will be responsible for all customer service aspects of the Food and Beverage department, including Restaurants, Bars & Room Service.Service delivery and profit and loss control being the key responsibilities, whilst building positive working relationships with all departments to ensure the Food and Beverage department is a key driver in the resort's strategy.
