My client is an extensive, grade 1 listed, multi-use university complex with numerous accommodation options based in Central Oxford, looking for an experienced Facilities Manager / Chief Engineer.
The successful candidate will be at Chief Engineer / Facilities Manager level and ideally coming from a large hotel property with a significant background in facilities management to oversee planning, costing and delivery of £MM building and improvement investment projects including restaurant and room refurbishments and additions across the estate.
