Maintenance Manager - 4* Hotel - Berkshire - to £28K + Company Discounts
My client is a leading 90bed 4* hotel, part of a national chain currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to head up the Facilities department, reporting to the Area Maintenance Manager - the position would suit a strong Assistant Maintenance Manager or Assistant Engineer in a larger property with 2-3yrs experience.
The successful applicant will be hands on and involved in works and have strong experience with hotels across general maintenance, ie. electrical, AC and plumping as well as some supervisory experience as this role will supervise a team of 3 maintenance staff.
Applicants will be personable, good communicators, well turned out and good trainers.
