We are currently recruiting an exceptional opportunity for a Reservations Coordinator within a luxury 4 star hotel

The Role:
We are looking for a Reservations Coordinator to accurately process, all reservation enquiries made by phone, email or 3rd party booking engines efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for effective rate management and converting enquiries into sales in order to maximise revenue and occupancy.
As Reservations Coordinator you will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximise hotel sales.
