We are working on behalf of this award winning, modern thinking Hertfordshire based Hotel near the Watford area who are now looking to further expand the team following an internal promotion:

The Role
Conference and banqueting Manager:
As conference and banqueting Manager you will be able to demonstrate the following key skills
The Ability to manage and drive service levels with a particular passion and knowledge of weddings, conferences and events
posses great communications skills, able to take ownership of your team and assist the owners in driving service levels through you love of the guest journey and your hands on approach
be happy to play a key role within a small team where your experience and passion with be allowed to flourish and your opinion matters
Already be a assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager within a luxury 4 or 5 star operation, perhaps now looking for a larger role in a smaller operation with a focus on Weddings
Have a stable CV with strong career progression within the UK 3/4 star Hotel
