- Description
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a popular restaurant in the City of London.
The concept is modern Mediterranean cuisine using first class produces in a team of 13 experienced Chefs.
This is a unique opportunity that offers:
- A fantastic work-life balance, you shouldn't be working more than 45 hours per week, the overtime is paid
- No late finish, usually the Chefs on late shift leave at 10:30pm

As a Sous Chef, you will be supporting the Head Chef and the Executive Chef in the smooth running of the Kitchen, controlling the H&S, placing orders, helping with the stock, rota, staff training and supervising the junior chefs.
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food, high quality kitchen.
