My client is a stunning Grade 1, 19th century stately home incorporating 150bed hotel and one of the finest wedding and events venue in the country, based on the Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire border currently looking for a Front Office Manager.

The Role:
The Front Office Manager will play a vital role in delivering a great experience to all hotel, wedding and event guests, they will have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
They will act as an ambassador for the hotel by providing assistance to guests with any requirements they may have whilst staying at the hotel or during events, problem solving any issues and providing information to guests for on or off site activities and attractions.
The successful candidate:
* The successful FOM will be positive and engaging, highly customer focused who can motive and manage the reception team.
* The successful Front Office Manager will have experience of working in a Front Office Supervisor or Reception Supervisor / Manager role within a 4 or 5-star hotel or wedding and events venue.This position will include shifts working some weekends between 7am-11pm.
