This family-owned luxury hotel situated in the Chester area is seeking to further strengthen its hotel team with the following appointment of an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The restaurant offers all day dining with exquisite refinement for any occasion.

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and food delivery and is excited about the planned vision for our food and the Hotel.

You will be able to use your strong food and drink service knowledge and skills to inspire and lead, coach and train our passionate team to confidently interact with our guests in a friendly, respectful and caring manor guiding them on food and drink choices to help them create memorable experiences.

This is an exciting position to grow and develop your career from Assistant Manager or Supervisor to your next step in management.

Person Specification

* A strong all-round restaurant experience from working in rosette or high quality restaurants with excellent interpersonal skills.
* To have the presence and gravitas about yourself to represent the venue you are working in.
* Previous experience of implementing the services standards, work with your Manager to make this a destination restaurant in the area.
* Positive attitude and desire to excel in your role with resilience and character need for the face of the bar.
