Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining the highest standards of safety, comfort, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of skilled maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Oversee compliance with all safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment installations.
