ROLE: Food & Beverage Manager
LOCATION: Lake District
SALARY: Around £30-31,000 per year plus Bonus and Tips.
This charming 4-star country house hotel situated in the Lake District is seeking a passionate, personable and engaging Food and Beverage Manager.
If you are a Restaurant or Events Manager or Supervisor within a Hotel F&B department then this could be the career step you are looking for!
* You will take ownership of the Restaurant, Bar and Events departments, its budget, staff and service ethic as well as support your departmental heads with leadership and empowerment to develop service levels.
* Drive and develop strong key indicators with your team ensuring that every guest receives an amazing experience.
* Build on the hotels excellent reputation using your commercial and financial acumen to further drive sales.
* This is a hands-on role and requires the Food and Beverage Manager to be as passionate about service as you are about your staff.
We are looking for an individual who has a stable career within 4-star corporate hotel with brand standards. You will also have ambition to progress career of both you and your team.
Ideally you will enjoy leading from the front with a hands-on approach and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards.
