A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi site Assistant General Manager who would be interested in a unique opportunity. They want an Assistant General Manager of the future, if you're willing to put in the hard work and focus on the goals then they will help you to achieve it.

Ideally looking for an enthusiastic, motivating and passionate Assistant General Manager or above who will be able to grow their teams through leadership and training, deliver and maintain the high standards required and who loves to see guests having an epic time.

Job Description

As an Assistant General you will be responsible for:

• All profit and loss accounts
• Driving revenue through various sales and marketing tools
• Training & developing staff at all levels
• Cocktail creations & costings
• Be able to manage a number of volume bars & restaurants
• Be commercially minded
• Must have events experience
• Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
• Passionate about customer service
• Strong man management skills
• Be able to think on their feet and come up with conclusive ideas
• Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
• Be able to deal with costs in line with sales

• Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises

The Ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in a similar high footfall restaurant & bar background preferably multi site
• Be able to work with teams of over 30+ staff
• Must have strong financial understanding
• Must have a good understanding of events
• Be able to work in a high demanding environment
• Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior management team and staff members
• Good understanding about cocktails & creations with great food experience
• Must be flexible in working late nights & weekends
• Liasing with tennents and operational duties
• Dealing with Directors
• Licence holder
• Used to being in a customer service background
• Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
• Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority

The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in the high end cocktail bar and club industry.
